Dr Michael Baldwin, Dr Rodney Hornbake and Dr Alan Spagnola have formed a group medical practice registered as a professional corporation under Connecticut statutes.  The reason for this change is to create the corporate structure needed to fully exploit emerging information technologies to improve medical care.
